Uruguay is the only country in the world that has its unique electronic identifier of each and every single cow from birth to death, so your asset is entirely traceable.  And lest we forget, you even can get to name your cows.

We are offering different levels of investment

Participation and Ownership

Moo Express

60% Ownership Stake
  • Buying a truckload of pregnant heifers – around 40 head of cattle – for approximately US$28,000. CowCumulus will buy and raise the cows. You pay for the vaccines, and you get 60% ownership. We take care of the rest. You may have to wait for us to get the farm rented, but as soon as we do, it’s on a first-come first-serve basis until we fill the farm.

Cattle Plus

80% Ownership Stake
  • On top of Moo-Express, you pay the cost to rent the farm. Rents can vary depending on size but average US$200 per hectare per year. So perhaps you want to get 120 head of cattle (3 x US$28,000 = US$84,000), and we’ll need about 150 hectares of land, so that’s US$30,000 for rent for the year. Your additional costs are vaccinations. You get 80% ownership, and then we do everything else to raise some beautiful cows.
  • Farm rents can also be shared amongst different owners if cows are be put together on bigger farms.

Herd Unlimited

Own Your Uruguayan Farm
  • The ultimate ownership is to purchase your own Uruguayan farm. Any citizen in the world can do this. We would essentially provide a detailed and custom turnkey consulting arrangement to see you through the legal steps of owning your beautiful new land asset, plus to manage your homestead and the cows that will thrive there.
